How are my product photos handled?
Generation runs through private server-side infrastructure. Your uploads are not public, not shared with other accounts, and not added to public examples without permission.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes. Generated images are intended for your commercial listings. You still need to review product accuracy and marketplace policy before publishing.
Will my product color or logo change?
The flow is designed to preserve product color, shape, visible structure, and labels from the reference photo. You can review every output and regenerate any image.
Do failed generations use credits?
No. Credits are reserved during generation and automatically released back to your balance if a run fails.
Which product categories are supported?
Clothing, shoes, bags, home goods, kitchen items, beauty, 3C accessories, toys, food packaging, and most general merchandise. Human faces, children, medical devices, supplements, and prescription items need extra manual review.
How do refunds work?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Already-consumed credits are non-refundable. Email support@listingstudio.ai with your order number; refunds return to the original payment method in 5-10 business days.
