Refund Policy

Listing Studio AI sells one-time credit packs: Starter for $4.90 / CNY 36 / MX$86 / RM 23 / R$ 25 with 10 credits, Standard for $19 / CNY 138 / MX$333 / RM 89 / R$ 95 with 60 credits, and Bulk for $49 / CNY 355 / MX$858 / RM 230 / R$ 245 with 200 credits.

Credits never expire and can be used across image packs, short video workflows, listing audits, regenerations, and related seller workflow tools.

Credit pack purchases are refundable within 14 days for the unused credit balance. If only part of a pack has been used, the refund is prorated by unused credits only.

Credits never expire. A refund request is optional; unused credits can remain in your account for future SKUs.

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible and usually arrive in 5-10 business days depending on the card, bank, or wallet provider.

Credits that have already been consumed by completed image generation, video generation, listing audit, regeneration, or export work are non-refundable.

Generated assets are considered delivered once the job succeeds and the output is available in your workspace.

If a generation run fails, reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to request a manual refund for failed jobs.

If you believe credits were not returned correctly after a failed job, contact support@listingstudio.ai with the job ID.

Refunds may be denied for accounts that abuse free credits, violate marketplace or content rules, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent payment activity.
