We collect account information such as email address, display name, authentication provider identifiers, and workspace membership.

When you use the product, we process uploaded product photos, product descriptions, generation settings, generated outputs, review notes, credits, orders, and payment metadata.

We also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and security events to protect the service.

We use your data to provide the product workflow, process payments, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Your raw product photos and generated outputs are private workspace assets. We do not publish them as examples, sitemap content, or marketing materials without permission.

Uploaded assets may be sent to configured AI providers only when needed to complete a requested generation job. Provider API keys are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

Files are stored as private assets in local development storage or Cloudflare R2 in production. Access is controlled by authenticated routes or short-lived signed URLs.

We keep account, billing, credit ledger, and security records as required for operating the service and meeting audit obligations.

You may request deletion of workspace assets or account data by contacting support@listingstudio.ai. Some billing and security records may be retained where legally required.

The service may be used by sellers in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed in regions where our hosting, storage, payment, and AI providers operate.
