Listing Studio AI is operated by 义乌涓流商贸有限公司. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you are using the service for a company or seller team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You must have the right to upload product photos, product descriptions, logos, packaging, and other materials you submit.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing them to Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Mercado Libre, or any other marketplace.

You may not use the service to create misleading claims, fake certifications, counterfeit brand assets, illegal products, infringing content, or deceptive marketplace listings.

You may not attempt to bypass authentication, access another workspace, scrape private assets, abuse free credits, or interfere with service infrastructure.

Generated images and videos are provided for your commercial listing use, subject to your review and marketplace policies.

AI outputs may contain mistakes. You must verify product color, shape, logos, included items, claims, and platform compliance before export or publication.

The service uses credits for image generation, video generation, listing audits, regenerations, and related work. Credits are reserved during generation and returned to your balance when a run fails.

All current paid access is pay as you go through one-time credit packs: Starter for $4.90 / CNY 36 / MX$86 / RM 23 / R$ 25 with 10 credits, Standard for $19 / CNY 138 / MX$333 / RM 89 / R$ 95 with 60 credits, and Bulk for $49 / CNY 355 / MX$858 / RM 230 / R$ 245 with 200 credits.

Credits never expire, are not cash, and cannot be transferred outside your Listing Studio AI account. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy: unused credits can be refunded within 14 days, consumed credits are not refundable, and approved refunds return to the original payment method in 5-10 business days.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
